THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM

Talent is everywhere, but opportunities are not.

In Mexico, access to well-paid jobs in technology tends to be concentrated in a few cities, universities, and traditional profiles. This lack of inclusion forces many young people to migrate or leave their communities in order to grow professionally. At Xideral, we believe that this does not have to be the case.

OUR SOLUTION: XIDERAL ACADEMIES

Technical training to create a future without having to leave.

We create intensive programs called Academies, focused on high-demand technologies. They are free, mostly remote, and practical in nature.
Some are sponsored by companies looking for trained talent in specific areas. Others are funded directly by Xideral as part of our commitment to equitable development.

These academies don't just teach technical skills.

They also provide training in soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, and critical thinking, which are essential for comprehensive professional development. Through close and humane support, we build trust, community, and a bridge to decent employment.

NOTICEABLE RESULTS

Since 2019, we have trained more than 1,100 people in Mexico.

Each of these programs has generated concrete opportunities for young people who previously did not have access to quality technology training. Today, many of these people work for national and international companies from their communities, without having had to migrate.

THE OAXACA CASE

Transformation with a profound impact

In 2019, we identified state universities in remote regions of Oaxaca that were training highly talented engineers, but with few opportunities for professional development without leaving their communities.

We designed our own training model, sponsored by Xideral, which combines:

  • Intensive technical training
  • Training in soft skills such as communication, leadership, and collaboration
  • Close, human support
  • Links with global technology companies

This comprehensive approach allows students not only to learn technology, but also to develop the personal skills necessary for successful inclusion in the world of work with confidence and autonomy.

The results have been clear:

137 people trained by Xideral in Oaxaca

60% now work in technology, mostly from their place of origin

More than 50% earn over $1,100 USD monthly, while the average income in Oaxaca is $190 USD.

Incomes up to 14 times higher than the state average

More than 70% remain in their communities, generating local economic development and strengthening family unity
